GUTHRIE RACING RZR PRO CAR GIVEAWAY

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.


The Guthrie Racing RZR Pro Car Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”). It shall be construed and evaluated under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

 

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Guthrie Racing.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the USA, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence). Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, or their promotional agencies are not eligible.

 

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

 

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins 09/16/2025 and ends 10/01/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

 

5. HOW TO ENTER

 

A. Purchase Method

During the Promotion Period, entrants who purchase eligible merchandise (such as Guthrie Racing hats, shirts, or other items) at https://guthrie-racing.com will automatically receive entries:

 

  • 100 entries per $1 spent (pre-tax, excluding shipping/handling).

  • Example: A $30 product = 3,000 entries.

  • Bonus multipliers may be announced by Sponsor from time to time.

 

B. Free Method of Entry – No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to mitch@guthrie-racing.com with subject line “Free Entry” and include your full name, phone number, and mailing address.

 

  • Limit: One (1) email submission = one (1) entry for the entire Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated.

  • Free entries have the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

All entries must be received by the close of the Promotion Period. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

 

6. PRIZE

 

Grand Prize: One (1) Polaris RZR Pro XP off-road vehicle.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $15,000.

  • Prize is awarded AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and without warranties of any kind from Sponsor.

  • Winner is solely responsible for:

     

    • Taxes (federal, state, and local).

    • Insurance coverage required by law before use.

    • Registration, title, licensing fees, inspection, and compliance with emissions/safety laws.

    • All maintenance, repairs, servicing, and parts.

    • Fuel, transport, and storage.

Guthrie Racing , Sponsor is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, defects, or malfunctions of the vehicle once awarded.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received (purchase and free).


8. NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by email, phone, or mail. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and provide proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license before prize delivery. Failure to respond or complete documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.


9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for:

 

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes;

  • Acceptance, transport, ownership, operation, repair, maintenance, or use/misuse of the vehicle;

  • Accidents, injuries, damages, deaths, or property loss;

  • Vehicle defects, malfunctions, or failures;

  • Legal compliance, taxes, or insurance obligations.

Winner assumes all risks of ownership and operation of the Prize.

 

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who tamper with the process or act in violation of the rules. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

 

12. DISPUTES

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of [insert state of business registration], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any disputes will be located in [insert county/state].


13. WINNERS LIST

To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
